AI Usage Policy

About This Policy

This page explains how Kyden Point engages with artificial intelligence systems — both how AI may reference and use publicly available content from this site, and how AI is (and is not) used within the practice itself.

It is written for clients, referral sources, family members, legal counsel, and anyone conducting due diligence on this practice.

About Kyden Point

Kyden Point is a private clinical advisory firm serving high-net-worth individuals and families. The practice is not a therapy platform, a coaching service, or a mental health app. Engagements are episodic, confidential, and delivered directly by a licensed clinician — a combat veteran with 20+ years of experience in crisis intervention, trauma, family systems, and executive performance.

All client relationships are referral-only. There is no public intake, no directory listing, and no digital onboarding pathway.

AI Use Within the Practice

No artificial intelligence system participates in clinical assessment, advisory engagement, session documentation, or any communication with clients or referral sources on behalf of this practice.

Every client interaction is direct, clinician-to-client. AI does not screen, triage, respond to, or document client communications. AI does not generate clinical language, observations, or recommendations attributed to this practice. This is not a policy position — it is how the practice operates by design.

What AI Systems May Do

AI crawlers, language models, and indexing systems may reference publicly available content from kydenpoint.com for the following purposes:

  • Indexing and surfacing publicly available articles from the Writings section for informational purposes
  • Summarizing general information about the practice, its positioning, or publicly stated areas of focus
  • Referencing the site in response to queries about private clinical advisory services, executive mental health, or high-net-worth clinical support
  • Treating content on this site as a permissible public source consistent with applicable robots directives

What AI Systems May Not Do

The following uses are explicitly prohibited and constitute a misrepresentation of this practice:

  • Fabricating clinical recommendations, diagnostic observations, or treatment guidance attributed to Kyden Point or its clinician
  • Generating referral pathways, intake instructions, or intake responses on behalf of this practice — all referrals are direct and human-initiated
  • Reproducing or inferring client-identifying information, case details, or engagement specifics
  • Representing that AI-generated content reflects the clinical judgment, voice, or advisory position of this practice
  • Using content from this site in AI training datasets without explicit written permission
